About Our Castile Soaps
Our Castile soap is plant‑based and traditionally made from extra virgin olive oil—sourced from our own family groves in Balıkesir, Türkiye—combined with water and lye (NaOH for bar soap, KOH for liquid). Depending on performance goals, we may enrich formulas with coconut oil (lather), castor oil (creaminess), or argan oil (conditioning). Glycerin formed during saponification is naturally retained, contributing to a gentle, moisturizing cleanse. We may also enrich our formulas with other plant-based oils such as coconut, castor, or argan oil for added benefits.
No. We never use synthetic fragrances or artificial dyes. If a scent is desired, we use only pure essential oils and can align inclusion rates with IFRA guidance. Colors come from botanical sources only.
Yes. No animal fats or animal testing are used at any stage. Our soaps are vegan and cruelty‑free.
Absolutely. We produce both liquid and bar Castile soaps without added fragrance—ideal for sensitive skin, baby lines, or brands avoiding allergens.
Yes. Common options include spirulina (green), turmeric (golden), annatto/paprika (orange), indigo (blue), beetroot (pink), and activated charcoal (black). Natural pigments vary slightly between harvests, which many brands value as a sign of authenticity.
Formulation‑dependent, typically 18–24 months when stored sealed, away from heat and direct sunlight. Essential oils may fade faster than the base soap; this is normal for natural products. No synthetic preservatives are used.

Yes. We start with a consultation to define target skin feel, lather profile, viscosity (for liquid), and brand positioning. We then design a tailored oil blend, color strategy (if any), and essential‑oil profile, produce a lab batch, and send samples for testing. Your feedback drives iterative refinements before approval.
Yes. We manufacture under your brand, supply retail‑ready or bulk formats, and can support label/layout adaptation, INCI listings, and compliance details for your target market. You focus on sales and marketing; we handle production.
In addition to extra virgin olive oil, options include coconut, castor, argan, jojoba, sweet almond, avocado, shea butter, and cocoa butter. Each brings a functional benefit (e.g., coconut = foam, castor = creamy lather, argan/jojoba = conditioning).
Yes. Provide a reference sample and/or a full spec. We benchmark lather, viscosity (liquid), hardness (bar), scent load, rinse feel, and skin after‑feel, then match—or enhance—while keeping your naturals policy.
Yes. Bottles (HDPE/PET/glass), caps/pumps/dispensers, labels, bar wraps (kraft/compostable), branded boxes, and wholesale master cartons can all be customized. MOQs vary by component; we’ll advise options that balance budget and brand.
On request we can formulate with certified‑organic oils and advise on certification pathways applicable to your market. Final product certification depends on the certifier’s rules and your chosen claims.
Wholesale & Logistics
Submit a request via the Sample Request page or contact us directly with your target product type(s). We typically prepare 1–3 variants for evaluation. A nominal fee or shipping costs may apply, depending on destination and format.
MOQs are flexible and depend on format and packaging. As a guide, bulk/refill formats have lower MOQs; retail‑ready liquid or boxed bars may require higher MOQs due to component minimums. Share your target volume— we’ll propose the most economical path.
Yes. We ship worldwide and can work under common Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, or DDP where feasible). We’ll recommend freight options based on order size, lead time, and destination.
Standard repeats: typically 2–4 weeks after confirmation. New custom formulations: add 1–2 weeks for development, sampling, and approval. Large or multi‑SKU programs may extend timelines; we’ll confirm a schedule upfront.
Products are packed in protective master cartons; pallets are shrink‑wrapped and strapped. Retail units can be labeled to your spec; bulk/refill sizes include clear product identification and batch/lot codes.
Yes. Liquid Castile is available in bulk (e.g., 5 L, 20 L) for refill stations. Bar soaps can be supplied naked, banded, or in minimal/compostable wraps. Concentrate strategies are available to reduce packaging and freight impact.
Yes. We provide ingredient/INCI lists, SDS/TDS, COA upon request, HS codes, product specs, and other export papers commonly required by customs or distributors. We can also align labels with local regulatory formatting where needed.
