This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which Star Kimya San. Ltd. Şti. (“we,” “our,” “us”) accepts returns and processes refunds for wholesale purchases of Allgreen Castile Soap products.
As a wholesale supplier, we operate under different return and refund conditions than retail businesses. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
The return request is made within 7 business days of receiving the order.
The products are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Private label or custom-branded products.
Bulk liquid soap or bulk raw materials once the container seal is broken.
Products damaged due to mishandling, incorrect storage, or misuse by the buyer.
Products purchased at clearance or special promotional prices (unless defective).
4. Return Process
Contact our customer service via email at info@allgreen.com.tr with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) confirmation before sending back the goods.
Pack the products securely in their original packaging.
Ship the return to our designated return address. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned products:
Our quality control team will inspect them.
If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued within 14 business days.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refund Types

Full refund for defective or incorrect goods.
Partial refund for minor defects not affecting product usability.
Replacement shipment for damaged or incorrect items.
7. International Orders
For international wholesale orders:
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by customs clearance or the shipping carrier.
Returns due to customs refusal are not accepted unless there was a documented error on our part.
